Description:
1. This component provides an image text layout with animation effects.
2. It allows the author to select a PC or mobile device to set the upper and lower spacing between components.
3. It allows author to reverse image and text. By default, text and images are on the right and left respectively.
4. It will be animated when enable page scrolling is configured in page’s properties, and it will be static when enable page scrolling is not enabled.
5. It doesn’t support right float bar.
6. Desktop image and Mobile image should be authored separately.
